Just off of the train tracks that lead to the famous Christo de Redontor (“Christ the Redeemer”) is a natural spring that feeds a creek leading to a waterfall. You should be able to hear the water on the downhill side as you approach, but it is not terribly loud, depending on the season.

Address is closest business, which is located west of the actual spring. You can walk down the tracks to get very close.
Images are from downstream 100m or so, where there is a waterfall.
