Description

The Fish Hatchery gives their fish the spring water. It is indoors in room with blue windows and relatively dark and cool. There is also a wall across from the fish hatchery where the spring comes up also. It is behind a stone wall on the edge of the road covered by some trees in the forest. It is flowing straight out of the ground and is about 2-3 feet in width and depth.

My wife and I tried to find this spring yesterday, but could not find it at all. We followed the directions from the map link, but had no success in finding it. If anyone could help with more detailed info on where it is and how to get there, it would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I am very interested, Im in Duvall and would like to find it. If I do, I’ll let you know, I’ll try google maps. Hopefully someone will post a tip before though. Maybe try calling the fish hatchery?

  • Bill Johnson

If you try Google Maps, at the end of the directions it will tell you to make a left on Fish Hatchery Rd. We made the left, and there was no wall or blue building as they described…. Pls let me know if you find it…. Thanks, Bill

  • Emileegrutledge

I contacted the person who submitted the spring via facebook, I’ll let you know as soon as they respond..who ever finds it first must promise to give directions ;)

  • Emileegrutledge

Hopefully this helps, let me know if you find it first:)
So from duvall, you are going to take 203 to 202 (Fall City Snoqaulmie Road) and take that for a while and eventually you will see the fish hatchery on your right and the stone wall on your left. Which PCC do you shop at?

    Did anyone find out anything?

  • Kodypatterson

I found it today…. It’s not on Fish Hatchery rd… It’s on hwy202 directly across from the fish hatchery. There is a very small stone wall about 10 ft long and 5 ft tall. The spring is behind the wall. It’s a hole in the ground so bring a smaller bottle to pour in your big one….. I don’t have any testing instruments but would like to be sure it’s drinkable

Is there any direct contact around the area that could contaminate the location of the spring? How close is the nearest civilization besides the fish hatchery if you don’t mind my asking. My cousin and I are looking for a spring not too far out. He has an instrument that tests the purity of the spring water.

There is a handmade historical rock wall on North side of hiway 202 directly across the road from the fish hatchey with a big pullout to park by. The spring is running free with no pipe to access from. Hiway is very near spring and area around it is soft and mudd and sometimes full of water. If you go to hatchery you must have permission if water is available at certain times of year.

Is that from the wall spring? I collected a bunch, talked to the guy at the hatchery/. They don’t want people coming to the hatchery, because of too much traffic already. He has the water from the hatchery piped to his home, let me drink it at the hatchery. COLD AND AMAZING. He said he didn’t think the wall might be a great spot, because of sediment along the way, though I gathered a bunch, it tastes great, and I want to test it soon.

    Anybody have any more info?

  • Martin

Did you gather water from the source? I think this water is bomb. Though, I don’t have the equipment to test. It’s easy to get from there though, just use a smaller jar or cup and fill your jugs that way. It flows so fast and continuous that it doesn’t gather any debris where it comes out.

    More info would be great!

  • Ice Pirate

yep I collect the water from the hole in the ground right behind the rock wall. I also tested water TDS 59ppm and temp 11ºc

  • Martin

I read low 50′s. Very cold water, very clean and pure. Any need for iodine or a small pinch of borax?

  • Martin

If you’re careful, you will have fresh clean water with no debris. Use a smaller bottle and fill larger ones. I need a ph tester. If anybody has one, check the ph.

Be fairly discreet about it all. The guy at the hatchery is already saying traffic is getting busier out there. Just pull over to the side of the road where the wall, spring flow is right behind the hole. It’s just a mile or so past the sno falls golf course heading towards the falls. You will see the huge turnout on your left.

    PEACE

  • Martin

Any tests yet? I tested the tds around mid 50′s. Very cold and great tasting. Just wondering what the ph is? Also if anybody has been drinking it? I had some, but wanted to test the ph. The man at the hatchery doesn’t want people coming there. But by the side of the road is a great spot. IT’s flowing fast out the side of the hill.

Let me know if you or anybody else has any more info. Thanks!
