A word of caution. I tried the water for the first time and 48 hours later went down with a stomach bug. I can not say 100% if this was due to the water but it is more than likely, I have since found out the ground in the area is contaminated with arsenic due to agriculural work and industry throughout the 20th Century.

I will try to find out more and perhaps try and get the water tested. I am wondering whether finding a spring direct from the source would offer a purer sample? As this spring is in the middle of a Town it will have travelled further with higher risk of contamination. Anyone with advice or information would be much appreciated. Cheers
