Description

This used to be a natural spring, but as the town grew, the water level sank and they drilled a well over 200 ft. deep. It doesn’t bubble up naturally anymore, but it’s from the original aquifer.

    Fun Quote:
I’ve been to St. Augustine quite a bit, love the history. While on a tour one day, the older guide drove us past the Ponce’ Deleon (sp?) Fountain of youth and said he’d been “drinking this water his whole life and just seems to be getting older.” :) I gotta chuckle out of that anyway, thought I’d share!

Very disappointed with this spring…It costs $12 to get into the park now and when in there I found out they are “required by law” to add chlorine to the water…Definitely would pass on this one….
