Description

The crystal clear, cold water runs right out of the ground. The property is owned by Frank & Shirlee ONeal. Their son, Sawyer, discovered it when digging for salamanders at the age of 10. It is delicious and tested pure. It provides water for the property and has a catch basin and reservoir with a pump.

“An old timer who was asked 30 years ago, said that he had been born and lived there all of his life. He was 82 at the time. He said the spring had been there as long as he had known about it. It has always run about the same flow (about 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 gallons a minute. He also claimed that this water was why he was so spry and fertile. We think he was just a horny goat. The water runs from under Pilot Mountain, thought by many New Agers and Native Americans to have special mystical powers because of it’s alignment with other special places.” – Frank “Boomer” ONeal

My wife & I drove there 7/14/11 and the directions were perfect however. We did find pipes, buckets and tubing indicating a spring at some point flows there. But nothing was flowing today…Rather disappointing…
