this spring was dry 2 weeks ago. I stopped by Healing Spring the same day which had a good flow still. FYI.

NewDawn, I just saw your post. I love a treasure hunt! I will take you up on that soon. And I have been to MT HITCHCOCK SPRINGS several times now and got TDS readings no higher 7. And for those who don't know there is nice rock slab to rest your containers on while refilling not shown in the picture above. Cheers!

I'll certainly make up to Cooper Spring this summer. Sounds amazing!
A gift for you – a treasure hunt of sorts. When in Monson, find High Street. Go up the hill until you pass the seepage spring I posted ( 64 High St.). Continue another 200 feet and you'll see a car pull-off (also on your left), walk down the path and partake.

I like the fairly ferrel fellow posing there New Dawn. I was there last week, I got an identical picture minus the dog. I would have missed it if someone was not gathering from it just as I approached. Between this and Healing Springs, I got to pick my Healing waters but this is still a great find and interesting area. Antique shops everywhere!! And you got to make the trip to Cooper Springs Maine. Go from star power to Super Nova Style!!

Is anyone interested in sharing the cost for testing this spring?
NTL Labs is a great resource that tests everything.

The total cost for this is $177.95. If we could get 4 or 5 users (or more) of the spring to pitch in, it would be great, and we could have a highly confident source of supply.

Update: 10/8/09

Spring is DRY.

no water coming out of the white PVC pipe.

It could be that this is a seasonal or random flowing spring.
