Description

This is a spring on someones property that he pipes down into a spicket for anyone to use for free…..Constant temperature year round., not sure of the actual temperature.

“Very clean, ive been using it for 2 years.” – Derek Bushman

Be courteous, the turn onto cocalico road is a quick left…Coming from Lebanon/hershey area….you will 2 wooden signs for “Middle Creek sanctuary” at the 2nd wooden sign make a left and that is cocaligo…..and try not to block the road going in as it is a small place….once your at the top of the mountain and you JUST start to crest down its on your right…you probably will miss it one or two times…. don’t be surprised if there’s a wait ….go on a weekday and there wont be a wait …

the temperature is a constant 38 degrees…..when you turn left…..its cocalico road, not cocaligo…..
you will come to a stop sign and see campground signs….you will make a left at hte stop sign and go until you see it on your right…..

Hi Derek, do you know of any leads in the Elizabethtown area for a good drinking spring? My parents live in Clay so I’ll check these springs out up in N Lancaster but looking for something in Etown.

I wish I knew of a closer spring….I live in hershey….and yeah thats the perfect word for the water *acidic* but very drinkable….very well maintained spot….the story i hear is that the spring is from the property up the hill/driveway * don’t go up there* and he ran a pipe down for everyone! if you know of any closer springs to hershey/e-town area let me know! im always on the lookout!
