Could you give me the address of this spring please?

Take Highway 400 to Highway 11 East. Take Highway 11 East to the 11th Line South. Turn right to go south. Here’s where road signs and turns can get confusing so just ignore them all and go IN A STRAIGHT LINE. Go 1 mile or 1.6 km. When you have gone almost the mile, the main road will take a strong turn to the left but do not follow that; just keep going IN A STRAIGHT LINE on the dirt road. You will very soon come to Shewchenko Road (very short distance). Now turn right until you come to Sokil Road (very short distance). Slow down, pass through that intersection, and immediately stop. You will see two little white houses behind a fence on your right. The spring is just to the right of the house on the right and can easily be seen from the road.

What is the building beside the spring for?  Does it just protect the source or is it for filtering?
