Description

This is a little know water source, just outside Hamilton, Ontario. Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of info about this spring, but it obvious that this has been in use for a long, long time. I was told that back in the 80′s this spring had high nitrate levels but I don’t have any current info. For what it’s worth, many of the locals in the area use it daily & have nothing but good things to say about this spring.

    Me and a coworker stopped by this spring and took a sample last week. The results came back as 12 Total Coliform & zero E.Coli so there is some indication that there is significant bacterial contamination. I have not yet tested nitrates or anything else.

    To clarify the sample was taken on March 15, 2011 (12 Total Coliform & zero E.Coli)
