Description

Cute little rustic hotspring resort in the desert about 45 minutes West of Phoenix on the 1-10. Great when you’re on a road trip and road weary. They have accomodations and massage too. (I’ve never tried the massage or stayed there though.) There is a common nude area and private soaking tubs as well. Cheap $7.50 per hour in the nude area and frequent soakers cards too. 8.2 ph and no sulfer or iron, so no smell. Has some lithium in it too. The old owner was a major contributor to the Hotsprings books too, so you can always pick up a copy of both the pacific northwest book and the southwest book.

Love this place.  I soak for an hour and fill up jugs twice/month. Its $10/hr for a private area and the view is spectacular from “desert view”.  I am concerned about the TDS though.  I believe it came in at 700 when it was tested last year.  And is high Lithium a GOOD idea?  I don’t know.  Additionally, because the water comes out as high as 118 degrees using plastic containers is NOT a good idea.  They sell a pile of wood for $5 if you want a fire…but be warned it’s not always available.  They also have overnight prices which we did recently.   $75 from 9pm-11am for a non electrical site.  We slept in my SUV since it was in the 40′s that night and it was perfect.  They have sites with electrical outlets for $95 and inside accomodations for $125.
