Description

Cold Spring is a staple of the local Amish community and has been in continuous use for several generations. This beautiful spring is marked by a rustic green sign stating its name, and there is ample parking for cars and buggies alike. Cold Spring issues forth from near the top of a mountain which separates Crawford and Warren counties. It is a seepage spring that drains through a few hundred yards of acidic, medium aged forest and exits into a small stone spring house with PVC piping. The flow is powerful and continuous.
