Description
Overflow of the Kommetjie spring which is about 150 meters from the road. The spring is perennial and supplies brewing water to the Newlands brewery.

Description
Small but steady spring – after which the town of Jongensfontein was named. Local San used the spring up until the 1900′s until they were chased away (and shot) by colonial Dutch settlers. The spring is an unused resource. Access is open to public, though it occurs on private land (it runs through the JOngensfontein campsite).
