Description
As you come up the road you will see the water cascading down rocks on the left hand side. There is parking on both sides of the road. The cascades are a great place to wash. Walking up the road from the cascades takes you past a black pipe with a tap connected to the source where you can easily fill up bottles. Continuing up the road takes you to the Chalet shelter, above and on the left. Follow the track past the Chalet upwards for five minutes to reach the Source itself: a stone pool sheltered by Banksias and inhabited by little Anaspides crustaceans, native to the Mt. Wellington area.
