Description

Spring at left side of road. Within a few yard of where Kault Hill Rd and Bolton Rd intersect. The source of the pipe is a short distance above the road. There was a makeshift filter on the top end of the pipe, which sits in the middle of the running water. (I did not follow the spring any higher to find it’s source point.) (This is from memory, so it may have changed since then.)

Nearest Address

Intersection of Bolton Rd. and Kault Hill Rd.

I just came back from this “spring”, it’s surrounded by beer cans and other garbage, I followed it up the hill and there are man made dams, rusty wires and cans, buckets. I hiked far up into the mountain and sadly i couldn’t find the source. I wonder if this is just a creek that flows down. I would not recommend people to drink this water at the source described for the above reasons. I did find several medicinal mushrooms on the birch trees up the hill..great hike, but i was sad to come back home without any spring water :(
